Delivery takes 1-3 business days if the product is in stock. Please note that orders placed Friday after 5 PM or on weekends are not delivered in The Netherlands until Tuesday. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the stipulated delivery date of PostNL. You will receive an email containing the PostNL Track and Trace (T&T) number within 24 hours after you completed your order payment. Warning: shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer. It's mandatory to fill in the return form within 14 days after receiving your purchase.
1. Submit the return form in your return package. You will receive this form with your order.
2. Send us an e-mail to email@example.com and mention your order number for return.
3. Pack the returned item/s (in their original condition) with the return form. Never use the original shoe box as outer packaging! We will charge €25 if the original shoe box is damaged.
4. After receiving the package we will refund your purchase as soon as possible.
