1.1 My Track&Trace (T&T) code for shipment is not working?
If you can't find details on your shipment on the PostNL website/app, please use please use the PostNL International Parcel Tracking for International shipments.
1.2 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on all orders above €100,- are shipped for free within The Netherlands. Shipping costs for orders under €100,- are €6,95.
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Shipping within Europe €13,95 and Worldwide Shipping €24,95 During the checkout process your shipping costs will be calculated for you by our shipping calculator.

1.3 How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-3 days in The Netherlands and Belgium. For International shipments please see our shipping page. You can track your order with your personal Track & Trace code which you can find in your e-mail.
1.4 Can I return my products for free?
No, shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer. You have the right to return your product within 14 days of purchase.
1.5 Can I return my online purchase to your store?
Yes, you can return your online purchase in the Sunika store in Amsterdam. Refunds will be made by banktransfer.

We are located at: Bilderdijkstraat 102HS, 1053 KX Amsterdam in The Netherlands (Europe).
2.2 Can I pay with credit card in your store?
Yes, We accept cash and card payments with PIN/Maestro, VISA, and MasterCard.
2.3 How can I return store purchases?
Unworn store purchases may be returned within 8 days of purchase with original receipt. We don't offer cash refunds, store purchase will be refunded with store credit on a gift card.
2.4 Can I return a web purchase in the store?
Unworn webstore (sunika.nl) purchases may be returned within 14 days. Refunds are made by bank or PayPal. You will not receive an instant refund in our store.
3.1 What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments with iDeal, VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.
3.2 I couldn't complete my payment, what should I do?
If you can't complete your payment due to an technical error. Please contact us by e-mail (mention your order number) and we will send you more details on other payment options. Please don't transfer your payment to our bank account due to an error without confirmation of our customer service.
